Tai Chi is a gentle, graceful, inspiring movement that has been found to reduce blood pressure, improve balance and reduce falls. It also increases overall toning, improves posture and circulation, increases flexibility and strength. Specific moves that stimulate muscles around the vital organs are known to be rejuvenating. The many emotional and spiritual benefits of practicing Tai Chi include calming, centering, focus, sense of control, energizing, and inner joy.


This class uses a unique methodology developed to addresses Tai Chi by Number, clear, crisp, and in a language you can understand.
