Tai Chi​

Tai Chi is a gentle, graceful, inspiring movement that has been found to reduce blood pressure, improve balance and reduce falls. It also increases overall toning, improves posture and circulation, increases flexibility and strength. Specific moves that stimulate muscles around the vital organs are known to be rejuvenating. The many emotional and spiritual benefits of practicing Tai Chi include calming, centering, focus, sense of control, energizing, and inner joy.

 

This is the only class in Northern California using the Clarke™ method -- a unique methodology developed by World Champion, Christophe Clarke: Tai Chi by Number, clear, crisp, and in a language you can understand.

 

Class is designed for beginners.

Vinyasa Yoga​​

Vinyasa yoga is a series of postures, one flowing seamlessly into the next, uniting body, mind, and breath. Designed as a moving meditation, every Vinyasa class is unique, creating the opportunity to become stronger, more flexible and balanced, while practicing being present to the moment.

 

Class is designed for all levels.

Power Yoga

This is an athletic form of yoga which focuses on opening the body in all 6 ranges of motion with systematic routine... Breathwork (Pranyama) is an essential part of feeling how the body moves and if the breath isn’t flowing, then the body can feel stiff.  This form of yoga helps open the body with an integration series, move through sun salutations, standing series, balancing postures, backbending, and much more.

 

Class is designed for all levels.
