More of the same? Or same no more!

2019 is right around the corner. A new year! Could this be a year for maximizing your health potential on different levels? Improving your health? Cultivating a family of friends? Feeling strong? Feeling in control? Truly being at the helm of your ship?
Here are a few steps that helps us make those changes:
1. Seeking clarity
What is your intention? What really matters to you? What's important to you? Ask from your heart -- not your mind. Who needs me to achieve my goal beside myself? Who will I affect? Will it bring joy and fulfillment in my life and that of others? Ask this consistently. Write it down and revisit frequently.
2. Generate energy
What and how do you want to feel? Cultivate the feelings you will have before you achieve your goal. How? DREAM - ENVISION -FANTASIZE. Take care of your mind, your emotions and your energy so that you can live in the energy in which you want to experience your best life. Own the feelings of success even before you achieve it.
3. Raise performance necessity
Do you just feel like you would want to achieve your goal? Or is it "necessary"?
What is it about right "now" in 2019 that is necessary for you to succeed? What are the consequences of not reaching your goal? Know that will give you the sense of drive and purpose and urgency.
4. Get training - Get support
Those who get consistent training and share their goals and aspirations with others are traditionally more successful. Come to Tai Chi class. Be in the company of people who care about you and want you to achieve your goals and will support you.
5. Go back to Step 1. Don't allow your vision to fall asleep. Keep it awake and alive!
